Elijah put forth a question many centuries ago that still echoes down through the ages to us today- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. 1 Kings 18:21 The same could be asked of Christendom today-When it comes to Creation or evolution- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word. When it comes to compromising with the world on homosexuality, adultery, fornication, etc.- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. When it comes to keeping the 7th day Sabbath or sunday- And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him.
