From the BEGINING of Creation

But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. Mark 10:6 (Just something to think about-for those who profess to be Christians but want to believe in evolution. Kind of flies in the face of the darwinian concept of evolving over eons of time from a single cell into genders, etc.).

God & man

Beware

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Matthew 7:15 Many false, non-scriptual doctrines prevade the Christain Faith today. Mormonism, The Rapture, wrong belief on the state of the dead, predestination, universalism, once saved-always saved, rejection of Gods Law as still binding, speaking in so-called tongues, fake faith healing, theistic evolution, rejection by some of Old Testament stories, Sunday Worship, etc. For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. Acts 20:29

What it was all about

And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. John 17:3-5

Example of modern day idolatry

Millions of Phillipino Catholics follow around the "Black Nazarene" kissing and praying to it. Just one example that modern day pagan like idol worship still exists. (of course there are also the idols of this world that take up our time too, lets not forget). Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry. 1 Corinthians 10:14

Ezekiel 8-ABOMINATIONS

And, behold, the glory of the God of Israel was there, according to the vision that I saw in the plain. Ezekiel 8:4 They (Israel-which is His spiritual Church today) break His first four Commandments which relate to our realtionship with God. 1) An altar to another god to worship, the god of jeaslousy. So I lifted up mine eyes the way toward the north, and behold northward at the gate of the altar this image of jealousy in the entry. Ezekiel 8:5 ...and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? Revelation 13:4 2) They have carved images in the temple to other gods. And he said unto me, Go in, and behold the wicked abominations that they do here. So I went in and saw; and behold every form of creeping things, and abominable beasts, and all the idols of the house of Israel, pourtrayed upon the wall round about. Ezekiel 8:9,10 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. Revelation 13:15 3) The people-Weeping for Tammuz - Then he brought me to the door of the gate of the LORD'S house which was toward the north; and, behold, there sat women weeping for Tammuz. Ezekiel 8:14 ....and all the world wondered after the beast. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven. Revelation 13:3,6 4) Sunday instituted in place of Sabbath (Only becomes Mark of the Beast when mandated by law at the end of time). And he brought me into the inner court of the LORD'S house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the LORD, between the porch and the altar, were about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the LORD, and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east. Ezekiel 8:16 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Revelation 13:15-17

*TAMMUZ- was the sun god in Babylon of vegetation and death and rebirth. See how Tammuz is a counterfiet to the real God. * Christ-Creator of all, including the sun. Tammuz, the sun god. ..thou hast prepared the light and the sun. Psalm 74:16 * Christ was the promised seed. Tammuz was the vegetation god. Of this man's seed hath God according to his promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus: Acts 13:23 * Christ was crucified and resurrected. Tammuz was the deity of death and rebirth. Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. Acts 4:10 TAMMUZ, the counterfiet to Christ in Ezekiel like the beast in Revelation.

Was God "mean" in the Old Testament?

Some secular, and even some so-called Christians, question whether there were two Gods in the Bible. One in the Old and one in the New Testament. (That type of heresy is nothing new-Marcion claimed that in the early days of the Church). Others go as far as to say the God of the Old Testament was "meaner" than in the New. They mock those who believe in Creation, the Flood and Tower of Babel as "literalists". They claim we should therefore also follow the laws of Moses in Leviticus about stoning homosexuals, witches, adulterers, etc. They think they "gotchya" with that argument. That sort of thinking illustrates just how little someone knows about the Bible, which is a chain-of-truth. When Israel was a child, then I loved him, and called my son out of Egypt. Hosea 11:1 The children of Israel were called out of centuries of deep heathenism. God treated them like children-in other words He was much stricter with them. He fenced them in to protect them with the Mosaic Laws. Paul tells us all these things happened for examples for us. Think of christianity as a grown up form of Judiaism. (It actually is, since we believe the Messiah foretold has come). Your more strict and discipline firmer your 10 year old than you would your 30 year old child. Today it is not for us to go around stoning people for sins. But it is a lesson from the past about what is and isn't sin and how serious God takes it. And NO, there are not two different Gods in the Bible, and NO God was not "mean" in the Old Testament. Then shall ye remember your own evil ways, and your doings that were not good, and shall lothe yourselves in your own sight for your iniquities and for your abominations. Not for your sakes do I this, saith the Lord GOD, be it known unto you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways,... Ezekiel 36:31,32, Say unto them, AsI live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel? Ezekiel 33:11

A Lesson from the Garden of Gethsemane

When Jesus had spoken these words, he went forth with his disciples over the brook Cedron, where was a garden, into the which he entered, and his disciples. John 18:1 Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder. Matthew 26:36 And he taketh with him Peter and James and John, and began to be sore amazed, and to be very heavy; And saith unto them, My soul is exceeding sorrowful unto death: tarry ye here, and watch. And he went forward a little, and fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him. And he cometh, and findeth them sleeping, and saith unto Peter, Simon, sleepest thou? couldest not thou watch one hour? Mark 14:33-35,37 He went away again the second time, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if this cup may not pass away from me, except I drink it, thy will be done. Matthew 26:42 And when he returned, he found them asleep again, for their eyes were heavy, neither wist they what to answer him. Matthew 14:40 And he was withdrawn from them about a stone's cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, ...And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him. And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground. Luke 22:41,43,44 And he cometh the third time, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: it is enough, the hour is come; Mark 14:41

Christian Apologetics

Apologetics is the ability to defend ones position or beliefs in the arena of ideas. Christian apologetics is the ability to defend the Christian faith with logic and reason.

But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear: 1 Peter 3:15 Notice what Paul tells us: First, sanctify God in our hearts. And second, be ready to give an answer for the faith. And third, do it in meekness. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 2 Timothy 3:16

Wisdom & Knowledge begin with GOD

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. Proverbs 1:7 We are to search the scriptures, which contains so much. Enough to keep us occupied and our minds off the entanglements of the world. It is the glory of God to conceal a matter, But the glory of kings is to search out a matter. Proverbs 25:2 Today, especially in science, men attempt to challenge God, thinking themselves more knowledgable than the Creator. He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end. Ecclesiastes 3:11 ...having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; Ephesians 4:18 He is the Creator and we His creation. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. Psalm 139:14 I have more understanding than all my teachers, For Your testimonies are my meditation. I understand more than the ancients, Because I keep Your precepts. Psalm 119:99, 100

Thy Commandments

Woman of Revelation 12

And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars: Revelation 12:1 The crown of 12 stars-the woman is ancient Israel (the 12 tribes)- the true believers at the time. And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon,... And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. Revelation 12:3,7,9,4 Lucifer was cast out and took a third of the angels with him. Christ was about to be born among the Jews and Lucifer wanted to destroy Him. And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. Revelation 12:5 That would be the Christ whom Lucifer failed to destroy. And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days. Revelation 12:6 Now that ancient Israel rejected the Messiah-we shift to the woman, the Christian church, founded by the 12 disciples (12 stars over her head). She (the church) flees for 1260 years into the wilderness. ( In 538 AD Emperor Justinian declared the papacy in Rome head of all Christian Churches. In 1798 the papacy/beast recieved its deadly wound when he was taken captive and died by French general Berthier on orders of Napoleon. 1798 minus 538 = 1,260). And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child. Revelation 12:13 This was the time of the papal persecutions of the Church. And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent. Revelation 12:14 ( a time, and times, and a half time =1,260---Hebrew calendar of 360 days a year times 3 plus half = 1,260). And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth. Revelation 12:15, 16 During the Reformation, as well as the inquisitions and other persecutions, there would not be total annihilation of the church. But look what happens to the "remnant" of "her seed" near the end. And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Revelation 12:17 The remnant of her seed at the end keep the commandments. (Not 9, but all 10-Not some of them, but all of them).

Lucifer and the "I" word

How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! Isaiah 14:12 See how many times Lucifer uses the "I" word- 1) For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven 2) I will exalt my throne above the stars of God 3) I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation 4) I will ascend above the heights of the clouds 5) I will be like the most High. Isaiah 14:13,14 --- Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18 The pride of thine heart hath deceived thee, thou that dwellest in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high; that saith in his heart, Who shall bring me down to the ground? Obadiah 1:3

Great is Thy Faithfulness

This I recall to my mind, therefore have I hope. It is of the LORD'S mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:21-23

Out of Darkness
