Birthright of Esau

Esau sold his birthright for a bowl of pottage- And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. Genesis 25:29-33 How many today are willing to sell their spiritual birthright for a bowl of pottage from the world? Jacob and Esau represent two classes in the world. Jacob-the ones who God grants His birthright, and Esau, those who sellout while the birthright is within their grasp. Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. Hebrews 12:16 -- He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. Revelation 21:7

The Time Was The Time Of Love

God, speaking through Ezekiel, to ancient Israel/(Spiritual Israel today) says- Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love; and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord GOD, and thou becamest mine. Ezekiel 16:8 He is the bridegroom and we are the bride. And as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee. Isaiah 62:5 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. And five of them were wise, and five were foolish.They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. Isaiah 61:10- Then washed I thee with water; yea, I throughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil. Astrology MOCKED

Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee. Isaiah 47:13 Astrology was dealt a serious blow in the book of Daniel. When they could not tell the king his dream, or interpretation for it, they were faced with extermination. (This set the stage for Daniel to reveal the power of God to the heathen). For this cause the king was angry and very furious, and commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon. Daniel 2:12 As for astrology and divination by it- Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; Isaiah 44:24,25 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD: and because of these abominations the LORD thy God doth drive them out from before thee. Deuteronomy 18:10-12 For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: Zechariah 10:2

Though it tarry-wait for it

And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.... but the just shall live by his faith. 11th Commandment

A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another. John 13:34, 35 Notice He didn't say if you believe in the the Investigative Judgent, or if you keep the sabbath, or if you believe in Creation, or if you have the truth about the state of the dead, or if you believe in the 2nd Advent, or if you study Daniel & the Revelations prophecies that the world will recognize you as His disciple. No...He said if ye have love one to another. The knowledge of Truth is important, and keeping God's law is too - If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. John 15:10 But this new Commandment sums up what it is to be a Christian. This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:12-14

Sistien Chapel and Creation

We were created in His image. And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: Genesis 1:26 When you look in the mirror, you see the likeness, image of God. Some would have us today believe that we look in the mirror and see the image, the likeness of the latest offshoot in the evolutionary tree from a primate. Sad.......

Mathematics, GOD & Jehoshaphat

The physical laws that govern the universe are tightly wound by mathemateics. For example, the "fine structure constant alpha" is set at 1 over 137.035999 and the ratios of masses of fundamental particles at 1836.152673. If alpha were off one way by 4% stellar fusion could not happen and carbon based life would not exist. If off less than 0.1% the other way then no place in the universe would be warm enough for life. So too is the Moral Law of God. It is a tightly wound law. When one deviates from it either way its called sin. But Christ made a way for mankind to escape and start over. We can look to science and math and see God. When we look at science and math, we see the Macro-universe (the big) governed by Einsteins theory of relativity. A set of defined laws that govern things. When we look at religion, we see God's Law that governs mankind. Back to science and math, when we look at Quantum mechanics, micro-universe (the small) such as at the atomic level-we are surprised to see chaos, or better yet, randomness. When we look to religion, we see that at the personal (micro) level, He grants us the same thing-its called FREE WILL. Thats why we have a deviation from His tightly wound laws, because sin entered by the choice of Adam and Eve to deviate. Look at the snowflake. When certain physical laws happen-it produces snow. Yet NO two snowflakes are alike. The path of randomness they take while floating to earth carves each one into a different individual snowflake. So too with us. Freewill carves each of our characters by choices we make. Of course, freewill is a step above the randomness of the snowflake, as man is above the snowflake in Creation-but I think you get the point. When we look to science and even math-we can say with King Jehoshaphat .....our eyes are upon thee. 2 Chronicles 20:12
